Peter Bilzerian, General Manager
Following his passion and hobby of wine and spirits, Peter joined the Friendly Discount Liquors family several years ago. Peter brings his management and marketing style to us with over 20 years of managing in the manufacturing and distribution sector. He is a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, MA with a degree in marketing management along with an Associates Degree in accounting. Peter has also been trained and certified by Sandy Block, Master of Wines, and has attended numerous spirits and malt beverage seminars. Born and raised in Worcester, MA, Peter still holds his residence there. You can visit Peter at Friendly Discount Liquors Tuesday through Saturday for any questions or special requests.
Beverly Noel, Director of Operations
Beverly has worked for Friendly Discount Liquors for over seven years now, bringing her extensive customer relations experience from such establishments as Phillips Market,The Fair, and Unibank. It is her responsibility to see that every customer is provided great customer service, something she has learned to be the most important thing that people appreciate. When Bill is not available, it is also her responsibility as Administrative Assistant to act on his behalf assuring that everything runs smoothly. Beverly is a Westborough native, but has called Northbridge home for many years.
Mark Masterson, Beer Manager/ Buyer
Having lived in and around Whitinsville all my life has given me a unique perspective of this area's interest. Since working in the retail business from the late 70's until the present, I have seen many trends come and go, yet some still remain strong as ever. The Red Sox '04 World Champs and the Patriots 3 time world champs allow us all a sense of New England Pride. Being in charge of the beer department here at Friendly Discount Liquors is a "fun job". Just imagine trying and promoting any beer that is available to this area to people I have known all my life. Wow!! Come in and see me any day Monday through Saturday. If you don't see your favorite brew I will get it for you if I can, usually within one week. See you here at Friendly's.
